Property Records Researcher

In New Hampshire, deeds and other documents relating to real property are recorded with the Registry of Deeds in the county in which the property is located. In addition to tracking the chain of ownership, deeds typically contain descriptions of the property being conveyed and reference to plans, as well as information about easements, rights of way, and restrictions that affect the property. Bill has been conducting deed research in New Hampshire since 1972.
